From what I was told, it was because of a drug debt that Levi’s father had with a couple of brothers that owned a ,” chop shop” and dealt heavily in meth. When he didn’t pay them, they decided to use Levi as a message to send to his father when they saw him riding his bike along Dawson forest. At first, they were going to beat the boy up and have him go back home as a warning message but then one of the brothers wanted to get sexual with him as well. Levi struggled and started to run away and that’s when they shot him.
